How do I place my order?

Just click order now and select the items you want. Enter your desired portion size, carbs, carb size, veggies and salt preference if the item requires it along with the quantity amount.

What do I do with my insulated cooler?

We ask that you hold onto your insulated cooler and exchange it with us on your next pick-up or delivery date for another cooler containing your new meals.

When will my meals be ready?

For Tuesday-Thursday pick-up or delivery, we ask that you place your order the day before no later than 11 am. For Sunday and Monday pick-up or delivery, please place your order before 10 pm on Friday.

How does the delivery process work?

Your freshly-prepared meals will be placed in an insulated cooler with iced gel packs and sent to your doorstep by our delivery team. If you have received our insulated cooler previously, we ask that you place it outside your residence in order to be swapped with a new insulated cooler containing your up to date meals.

What are your delivery times?

Our current delivery times are 4pm-8pm Sunday-Thursday.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere within Los Angeles County.

Where can I pick-up my meals?

Meals can be picked up at our Custom Caterers Fit Facility and other gym locations. Please click here for more details.

How does your pick-up process work?

Your healthy nutritious meals will be placed in an insulated cooler with iced gel packs. At the time of pick-up, your new insulated cooler containing your order will be exchanged for your old cooler.

What are your pick-up times?

Pick-up times at our Custom Caterers Fit facility are 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday between the hours of 12pm-4pm. Please click here for other gym location pick-up times.

What is the purpose of the handling fee?

The purpose of the handling fee is to ensure freshness through the use of our iced gel packs and thermal insulated coolers.
