How it Works
Our Membership program is a 5 day a week program that will provide you with up to 15 meals per week plus Snack (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). All meals are prepped and cooked Fresh by our professional chefs. All meals will be on a fixed monthly menu No substitutions unless you have allergies to something. All meals will be properly portioned out to ensure you’re getting the right amount of calories, proteins, carbs and fats per meal. A monthly menu will be provided so you can stay on track with your meals, meal planning and see what delicious protein packed meals you have coming your way throughout the month. Also with being a member if you have a question about your meal plan or need assistance with your meal plan adjustments then chat directly with professional trainer and IFBB Pro Art Ortiz and let him guide you.
